Liam Neeson to Star in ‘Unknown White Male’

Armani/5th Avenue Store Opening Celebrity Arrivals NYCLiam Neeson is in talks to star in Dark Castle’s thriller, “Unknown White Male,” according to Variety.

Jaume Collet-Serra is directing the script penned by scribes Oliver Butcher and Stephen Cornwell, which is an adaptation of the Didier Van Cauwelaert novel “Out of My Head.”

Joel Silver and Leonard Goldberg will produce the flick and are planning and starting production in January.

Neeson’s character will be a doctor who travels to Berlin for a medical conference but finds himself in a car accident instead and slips into a coma. When he awakens from a coma, his wife doesn’t recognize him, and she’s living with another man who has stolen his identity.

Neeson most recently starred in Pierre Morel’s unexpected hit “Taken,” and will next take on in 20th Century Fox’s adaption of the TV series, “The A-Team,” to be directed by Joe Carnahan.
