Robert Pattinson, famous for his role as the vampire, Edward in the film versions of Stephanie Meyers’ “Twilight” books has confirmed that there will be a film version of “Breaking Dawn,” the fourth installment in the series, and that he will star in it.
Pattinson told The Hollywood Reporter at the Cannes Film Festival that he is willing to reprise his role for a fourth time but hasn’t spoken to studio Summit Entertainment about when production on the film will begin.
Shooting is still underway for the second film, “New Moon.”
The book chronicles the more-or-less domestic lives of Bella and Edward as they deal with married life and pregnancy.
No director or writers are yet attached.
